WHO WE ARE

TCRA is a non-profit membership association created to serve the collision repair industry in Tennessee.

Our ongoing vision is to develop, implement, and promote initiatives that exemplify professionalism and integrity within the collision repair industry.

We strive to provide relevant information and knowledge to assist in safe repairs for our consumers, and to give collision repair shops a voice and a forum to discuss industry-related issues.

We will identify and adopt an appropriate code of conduct along with ethical repair and business practices that our members are expected to follow.
